Behind the brand
I’m Shannon, a trauma-informed therapist with six years of experience supporting adults and couples through life’s more difficult and confusing seasons. My work is grounded in a belief that people deserve care that honors both their pain and their resilience.
Life can often feel overwhelming, hard, and confusing. Therapy provides the space and the tools we need to heal and live a more authentic life where we feel seen, known, and loved for who we truly are. By looking back through stories of pain and trauma and what you have had to do in order to survive, we are able to rewrite a story where kindness and honor can be invited in.
As a trauma-informed therapist, I work with clients who are looking for resources to process all levels of trauma. I use a holistic approach as we work together on a path toward greater healing and wholeness.
My approach is grounded in grace, curiosity, and respect for each person’s unique story.
I meet clients where they are and honor their journey as I come alongside them with curiosity and compassion. We often go through life feeling as if we are depleted, exhausted, running from one task to the next. Therapy is an opportunity, an invitation to pause and notice what we are experiencing and what we truly need. An opportunity to offer ourselves permission and grace to receive the care that we need.
