A compassionate space to feel seen and known
Life can feel overwhelming, exhausting, and confusing at times. Therapy provides a space to pause, notice what you’re experiencing, and receive care in a supportive and empathic environment. It is an invitation to offer yourself permission and grace to receive the care that you need.
Meet Shannon

Clients often share that therapy with me feels calm, supportive, and deeply validating. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard and understood, where your story is honored, and where compassion guides our work together. Each session is shaped around your needs, your pace, and what feels most supportive for you.
I understand how important it is to feel safe and validated in the therapy space. From the first session onward, your sense of safety is prioritized. This foundation allows deeper work to unfold at a pace that feels steady and supportive.
Therapy is not about fixing or forcing change. It’s about honoring where you are and what you’ve been through. We take time to approach your story with care, allowing understanding and compassion to unfold without feeling rushed or overwhelming.
Through a holistic approach, we look at your story with kindness and grace, creating space to redefine what you’ve been through and how it continues to shape you. This work invites greater understanding, wholeness, and self-compassion.
